Our server was waiting on us, (a party of 14), as well as 5-6 other tables. there is NO WAY he could give us good service. the problem was that the manager NEVER came to help, check on us, or help us decipher our $1200 bill, but rather at the end of the dinner, they both `hovered` around our group as we were a bother for trying to figure out our check. if you are going to charge a 20% gratuity, you should KNOW your alcohol (half our drinks were made WRONG), KNOW your menu (he could not tell us what was on 3 of the appetizers on the menu), KNOW your duties (he blamed his poor service/attn. to our party on the fact that he had `other tables`), and PAY ATTENTION to your guests,..NOT make them feel as if they hindered you. as for the manager...YOU NEED TO GET ANOTHER JOB, because you didnt do yours, AT ALL.
